Directions for use
Adults 18 years and older: Take two tablets daily after breakfast, with a glass of water.
Do not exceed the daily recommended dosage.
Do not use if known hypersensitivity or allergy exists towards any of the ingredients. Warnings: Do not use when known sensitivity or allergy exists towards any of the ingredients. People using anti-coagulant- or anti-platelet medication, such as Warfarin, should use this product with caution as flaxseed oil and grape seed extract may have a blood thinning effect. Use cautiously in people with diabetes or in those taking anti-diabetic agents, as flaxseed oil and pine bark extract may alter blood glucose levels. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Do not use after date of expiry. Products containing herbal ingredients may interact with some medication. If you are taking any chronic medication, do not use this product without consulting your medical practitioner.
