We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing defects, unless otherwise stated, and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. In accordance with this policy, all returns and exchanges require a photo ID.
ONLINE-STORE and PHONE ORDER PURCHASES

A partial refund or exchange can be issued within 30 days of the original purchase and with Item seal not broken or opened. NOT AFTER. Requests for refund or exchange of merchandise purchased must be accompanied by a receipt. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, or credit can be applied to another item. All monogrammed, personalized, final sale, or bargain items cannot be returned or exchanged.
